After having tasted our regional aperitif wines ("Muscat" and "Banyuls") o our shaded terrace, you'll be able to enjoy a wonderful view of the Valley de Vall de Quers, as well as the Notre de Dame de Coral Hermitage.

You might like to sample the cold meats of the farm with some "Pan Tomata" (bread covered in a tasty, fresh, spicy tomato sauce), home-grown salads and vegetables, and, according to availability, our leg of lambs with hazelnuts and pears; tender veal ("Rosée des Pyrénées") accompagnied with an onion marmalade, or our rabbit cooked in a aniseed sauce. You can then try our farm cheeses made in the Haut Vallespir, then Michelle's fruit tarts ("Tarte Tatin", a delicious apple pie,

rhubarbe, blackberry and redcurrant tarts) all accompanied with a "porron" of "Rivesaltes Ambré" (a prestigious, local, sweet wine). Then, to finish, coffee and a home-made liqueur (blackcurrant, raspberry, fig or redcurrant). Meals are only served at lunchtime. .

The gite restaurant is open every day in summer except on Mondays and Tuesdays. From April to October we open only at weekends.

Our establishment has the approval of the national controlling body of self-catering farm holidays.
